On August 29, the High-Quality Development Conference for Enterprises in the Hengqin Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone and the launch ceremony of the “Nurturing Seedlings and Enhancing Excellence” program were held grandly in Hengqin.
This conference is themed “Nurturing Seedlings and Enhancing Excellence to Empower Enterprises and Boost the Industrial Upgrading of Qian’ao.” It is organized by the Executive Committee of the Hengqin Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone, hosted by the Bureau of Economic Development, and co-organized by Hengqin Deep Cooperation Investment Co., Ltd. Leaders from the Cooperation Zone’s Executive Committee, industry associations, key enterprises, and representatives from social organizations gathered together to jointly witness the official announcement of the first list of 89 “Seedling” enterprises and 18 “Excellence-Boosting” enterprises. This marks a crucial step forward for the Cooperation Zone in systematically and progressively nurturing key enterprises in the “Four New” industries and in building benchmark projects.
Guangdong Yuefang Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Yuefang Technology”), as a representative enterprise of the cooperation zone, has been selected as one of the first 18 “Seedling Cultivation and Excellence Enhancement” program enterprises. Dr. Jiang Chaohui, CEO of Yuefang Technology, attended the ceremony and accepted the award on behalf of the company.
Yuefang Technology was founded in 2020 and is headquartered in the Hengqin Guangdong-Macao Deep Cooperation Zone. The company focuses on RISC-V, AI, and domain-specific architecture (DSA) technology development, and is committed to providing high-performance chips and full-stack solutions for AI acceleration and data centers. Over the past five years since its establishment, the company has launched several products based on the RISC-V architecture. SoC chip The product covers the fields of AIoT sensing, control, and edge computing, with cumulative sales exceeding millions of units. Its technological strength and market performance have been widely recognized by the industry.
The “Nurturing Seedlings and Cultivating Excellence” program is a key initiative promoted by the Hengqin Guangdong-Macao In-depth Cooperation Zone to drive industrial upgrading. It aims to support enterprises throughout their growth journey—from “nurturing seedlings” to “cultivating excellence” and ultimately “scaling up”—by providing comprehensive assistance in areas such as policies, funding, resources, and services, thereby helping companies enhance their core competitiveness and create a demonstration effect that drives broader industry development.
