AI Algorithm Engineer (Model Quantization)

Responsibilities:
1. Analyze precision loss across layers of AI models after quantization and optimize for improved accuracy.
2. Add support for new operators in quantization tools.
3. Guide the development of quantization precision testing tools and enhance quantization tools.
4. Research and implement AI model quantization strategies tailored to edge NPU compatibility.
Qualifications:
1. Experience in AI model IR representation, quantization strategies, and precision optimization for edge NPUs is preferred.
2. Familiarity with common AI operators, their principles, and mainstream AI model structures.
3. Proficiency in AI frameworks such as Pytorch/Caffe/TensorFlow/ONNX/ncnn/Tengine.
4. 7+ years of C/C++ development experience.
5. Master’s degree or above in computer science or a related field.

Embedded Linux BSP Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for Linux bootloader porting and development.
2. Develop Linux device drivers.
3. Perform Linux kernel customization and performance optimization.
4. Develop and maintain SDKs for the Linux platform.
5. Build and customize Linux OS.
6. Design and optimize Linux software system architecture.
7. Write development and design documentation.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering, communications, automation, or computer science (mandatory), with over 5 years of relevant experience.
2. Proficient in assembly language, C/C++, and familiar with makefile and shell scripting.
3. Solid understanding of Linux kernel and driver architecture, with experience in porting and developing common peripherals.
4. Extensive experience with external interfaces and drivers such as I2C, UART, SPI, SDIO, and MIPI.
5. Skilled in build tools like Yocto/OpenWRT and knowledgeable about deb/ipk/rpm package construction processes.
6. Familiar with Linux OS initialization processes (e.g., systemd) and capable of OS customization and troubleshooting.
7. Expertise in embedded system software architecture, design, and development.
8. Fluent in English (reading and writing).

Linux System Development Engineer (System and Security)

Job Responsibilities:
1. Adapt Linux operating systems and related software for RISC-V hardware.
2. Perform secondary development, deployment, optimization, and distribution creation for Linux operating systems and related software.
3. Research server-related technologies, including server clusters, virtualization, databases, middleware, and system security enhancement.
4. Participate in the development, testing, and analysis of OS compatibility issues related to server products and provide solutions based on customer feedback.
5. Introduce system and security-related technical services according to business planning.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor' s degree or higher in computer science, communications, or a related field; CET-4 or above.
2. Proficient in at least two Linux operating systems, such as CentOS, Ubuntu, Debian, or openEuler, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant development experience (requirement relaxed for Master’s degree holders).
3. Skilled in shell scripting, proficient in C/C++, and familiar with other programming languages like Python.
4. Familiar with operating system kernel design principles and mechanisms, with kernel customization and performance benchmarking experience preferred.
5. Proficient in at least one CPU architecture, such as ARM or RISC-V.
6. Experienced in at least one critical OS kernel subsystem, such as BIOS, memory management, system scheduling, I/O storage, file systems, network protocol stacks, or security.
7. Knowledge of cloud computing scenarios, containers, and mainstream software like Kubernetes is preferred.
8. Experience in Linux server cluster development is a plus.
9. Strong research spirit, learning ability, hands-on skills, problem-solving ability, communication, and teamwork skills.

FAE Technical Support Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
1. Conduct initial technical evaluations for target customers and projects, track project progress, analyze and address issues, and provide technical support to ensure project success.
2. Support customers with technical assistance, summarize their requirements and issues, organize project data, and continuously improve the company’s product platform, including software and hardware products.
3. Assist the sales team in customer development by promoting new chip products and technical solutions, coordinating internal resources for product, software, and hardware support.
4. Help build the company’s technical service team.
5. Assist the sales team with bid preparation.
6. Support marketing efforts for exhibitions, as well as online and offline promotional activities.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, electronic information engineering, automation, communications, or related fields, with 5+ years of technical support experience and a strong understanding of hardware projects.
2. Familiarity with SoC chips, IoT, and AI technologies, with relevant project experience.
3. Strong documentation and presentation (PPT) writing skills.
4. Customer service mindset, excellent communication and teamwork skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to build and maintain good client relationships under pressure.
5. Background in the energy industry or experience with SoC chip businesses is a plus.

5. Participate in the creation of test cases and the preparation of testing documentation.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, electronic information engineering, automation, communications, or related fields.
2. 5+ years of experience in embedded Linux driver software development.
3. Proficient in C/C++ and assembly language programming with strong coding practices.
4. In-depth knowledge of the Linux operating system and its kernel subsystems.
5. Familiarity with at least one processor architecture, such as x86, ARM, RISC-V, or MIPS.
6. Knowledge of common device interfaces such as SPI, UART, I2C, I2S, USB, etc.
7. Strong self-motivation, a passion for learning new technologies, and the ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.
8. Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and a willingness to take on responsibilities proactively.
