LeapFive Technology will be Launching the GF5 Chip and Development Kit


With the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, many electronic products are equipped with AI capabilities. In response to the growing demand for high-performance, low-power AI chips in the AI hardware market, LeapFive is launching its new high-performance AI chip, the GF5, and its development kit, the GF5EVB. The GF5 chip, with its dual-core RISC-V architecture, integrated professional ISP, H.264/H.265 video encoder, and self-developed NPU, is designed to significantly improve computing efficiency and data processing capabilities. The GF5EVB is a user-friendly development board based on the LeapFive GF5. It provides a variety of peripheral interfaces, including camera, Ethernet, USB, SD card, audio input/output, and Wi-Fi interfaces, enabling rapid product validation. The GF5 development kit includes the development board, camera module, SDK, and detailed development documentation, ensuring a quick and easy start for users.
