Hosting the Global Dialogue, Dr. Jiang Chaohui Leads the Exchange of Cutting-Edge Technologies.
At today’s “Global Cooperation Special Forum,” Dr. Jiang Chaohui, founder and CEO of Yuefang Technology, Vice President of the RDSA Industry Alliance, and Vice Director of the Hengqin Open Source Semiconductor Research Institute, was invited to serve as the moderator, guiding all attendees in an in-depth discussion on “How RISC-V and Artificial Intelligence Are Driving Global Industrial Transformation.” In her opening remarks, Dr. Jiang pointed out that Macao, as an international gateway connecting East and West, provides a unique platform for global collaboration in open computing architectures. She emphasized that RISC-V, with its open-source and scalable characteristics, is becoming a key cornerstone for breaking down technological barriers and promoting inclusive access to intelligent computing power.

Dr. Jiang Chaohui, founder and CEO of Yuefang Technology, served as the moderator of the conference.
Under her leadership, numerous guests from the RISC-V International Association, Alibaba’s DAMO Academy, the Open Source Chip Research Institute, the Karnataka Electronics Development Corporation in India, European and American companies, and the OpenHW Foundation shared diverse perspectives on regional cooperation, practical application scenarios, and ecosystem co-creation, painting a true picture of global collaboration.

Roundtable Forum at the Global Cooperation Special Forum
Jointly establish a DSA development laboratory to promote technology transfer and international collaboration.
During a key segment of the main forum, Liu Shu, Chief Technology Officer of Yuefang Technology, participated—as one of the corporate representatives—in the unveiling ceremony of the “DSA Development Lab.” Based in Macao and serving the global community, the lab is committed to becoming a vital platform for accelerating the translation of domain-specific architecture technologies into practical industrial applications. The lab brings together academic institutions including the Open Source Semiconductor Research Institute of the Hengqin Guangdong-Macao Deep Cooperation Zone, the Macao Institute for Industrial Technology, the University of Macao, and Sun Yat-sen University, as well as... Senatoria Grovf, PureStorage International tech companies such as ExaLeapSemi and iStoreAI mark the entry of RISC-V and DSA into a stage of tangible operational collaboration in the directions of modularity and specialization.

After the ceremony, Liu Shu stated: “The establishment of this laboratory not only marks the implementation of our technological roadmap but also embodies a spirit of open collaboration. We look forward to leveraging this platform to accelerate system-level innovation in areas such as AI and high-performance computing by harnessing the potential of RISC-V and DSA.”
Host a special sub-forum focusing on the technological convergence of “RISC-V + Chiplet + DSA.”
As one of the key agenda items this afternoon, Yuefang Technology and the RDSA Industry Alliance co-hosted a special sub-forum titled “Innovation through the Convergence of RISC-V, Chiplet, and DSA Technologies and Joint Ecosystem Development.” The forum attracted experts from institutions and companies including Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Sun Yat-sen University, Xinchao Liu, Tiancheng Advanced, SiliconCore, Shunzhan Technology, Yixing Intelligence, Fangyi Wanqiang, and Cloud Native Optimisation Consultant. The discussion topics covered end-to-end innovations spanning from AI scenario definition and EDA toolchains, chiplet interconnects, chip design, to advanced packaging.
Dr. Jiang Chaohui, founder and CEO of Yuefang Technology, delivered the opening remarks at the forum. She pointed out that with the surging demand for AI computing power and... Moore's Law Against the backdrop of a dual slowdown, a technology paradigm centered on “demand-driven hardware design” is reshaping the landscape of the chip industry. The combination of RISC-V’s open-source flexibility, Chiplet’s modular integration, and DSA’s domain-specific optimization will provide a computing foundation that balances performance and scalability for the all-round evolution of AI.

Du Yu, General Manager of the Data Center Division at Yuefang Technology, chaired the roundtable discussion.
During the roundtable discussion session of the sub-forum, Du Yu, General Manager of the Data Center Business Unit at Yuefang Technology, served as the moderator. Together with numerous industry-academia-research experts, they engaged in an in-depth dialogue centered on the ecological vision of “from scenarios to algorithms, from IP to architecture, and from Die to Chip,” exploring how to build a sustainable chip innovation ecosystem through open collaboration.
Share technical pathways and explain the value of customized RISC-V platforms.
At the concurrent “RISC-V Powers a New AI Era” sub-forum held today, Liu Shu, Chief Technology Officer of Ruidong Technology, delivered a keynote speech titled “Customized General-Purpose RISC-V Platform.” Starting from the industry’s reality—where demand for computing power is surging while process costs are rising—he pointed out that traditional general-purpose computing faces a critical challenge in balancing performance, power consumption, and cost. Impossible Triangle “Challenge. He stated that the co-design of RISC-V and DSA enables flexible optimization at the instruction, chip, and system levels, thereby providing “both general-purpose and specialized” computing power support for scenarios such as smart terminals, edge computing, and data centers.”

Liu Shu, Chief Technology Officer of Yuefang Technology, delivered a keynote speech at the sub-forum.
Liu Shu further introduced Yuefang’s progress in LeapEMU, its high-performance simulation platform. This platform supports the full instruction set of the RVA23 processor with over 128 cores and enterprise-grade features, significantly shortening the development and verification cycle for complex RISC-V systems and laying the foundation for the maturation of the software ecosystem.
