Electronic Position Indicator

The electronic position tag, powered by the BF2, is designed for smart warehouse applications with the following features:
Sorting staff use indicator lights to locate goods, replacing manual searches by number, thereby improving speed.
Utilizes display screens, LED indicators, pressure sensors, and buttons to assist staff in fast and precise item picking, preventing errors.
Through an intelligent gateway, real-time data such as product quantity is uploaded to the server. It also receives server instructions for item shelving, removal, and inventory tasks, simplifying product management.

Load-Side Demand Response Solution

The Air Conditioning Unit Load Monitoring Module provides real-time monitoring of individual air conditioning loads, enabling seamless interconnection between the grid’s main station and terminal electricity consumption points. This enhances precise awareness and real-time control of load equipment at the grid edge, establishing a flexible, efficient, and responsive electricity management system. By leveraging demand response technology, the module supports real-time electricity data measurement and cloud connectivity for each air conditioning unit, laying a robust foundation for macro-level control aimed at orderly electricity usage. On the cloud side, big data technology facilitates advanced capabilities, including real-time measurement, user profiling, predictive analysis, flexible control, operations and maintenance, and transactional management.

Industrial Park Energy-Saving and Carbon-Reduction Service Solution

This solution, powered by the BF2 as the core controller, integrates data collection across energy consumption, environmental conditions, office lighting, and illumination within industrial parks. By leveraging this data, it delivers advanced functionalities such as energy monitoring and analysis, intelligent office lighting management, smart streetlight control, and enhanced data security. Designed to optimize electricity management, support State Grid initiatives, reduce operational costs, and achieve energy-saving and carbon-reduction goals, this solution is ideally suited for industrial park energy management and State Grid infrastructure projects.

Digital Warehouse Management for Information Equipment

The digital shelf system based on AIoT WMS takes NB2 chip as the main control, collects equipment working status through inventory monitoring sensors, and improves the overall efficiency of inventory management by tracking the efficient execution points of inventory-related operations. At the same time, it can realize multi-process integrated operation, effectively protect inventory items and logistics processes. It is mainly used in various warehousing and logistics scenarios, such as e-commerce warehouses, large logistics centers, and retail warehouses.
